📦 SHIPPING POLICY – ZARAKART

At ZaraKart, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery across India. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
- We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We deliver across India only.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- 5–7 business days for most locations
- Remote or rural areas may take additional time
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or unavoidable circumstances.
3. Courier Partners
We ship orders through trusted and reliable delivery partners, including:
- Delhivery
- Bluedart
- DTDC
- Xpressbees
- Ecom Express
- Shadowfax
- Ecart
- And other regional logistics partners
Your order is automatically assigned to the best courier based on your pin code.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹549
- Standard shipping charges may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold (calculated at checkout)
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via SMS and/or email
- Updates inside your account dashboard (if you created an account)
- You may also track your order from our Tracking Page on the website
It may take 12–24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the order is undeliverable due to:
- Wrong phone number
- Wrong address
- Customer unavailable
- Order refusal
The package may be returned to us.
Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
7. COD Orders (Cash on Delivery)
- COD is available for select pin codes
- COD orders require phone verification before dispatch
- Orders will be shipped only after successful COD verification
COD may be canceled automatically if verification is not completed.
8. Delays & Uncontrollable Situations
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier issues
- Weather conditions
- Festivals or holidays
- Political disruptions
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Incorrect address provided by customer
However, we always support our customers in tracking and resolving such cases.
9. Damaged / Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:
- Record an unboxing video
- Do NOT throw away the packaging
