Return Policy (Zarakart.com)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase and an unboxing video from the moment of opening the package are mandatory.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions.
Please note:
- A ₹100 fixed return shipping fee is charged to the customer.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with an unboxing video so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene items)
- Customized or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if you received a wrong or damaged product, and only when you provide a clear unboxing video as proof.
If approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds are issued to your bank account.
- Refunds take 8–15 business days to reflect.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@zarakart.com.
